Working out at Pop’s is like coming home. Located just minutes away from TCU’s campus, Colonial Country Club and steps away from Trinity River, we like to consider ourselves Fort Worth’s hidden gem.Our membership capacity means you will be familiar with our friendly gym community and not having to wait on machines. The Pop’s family is comprised of Paschal high school athletes, TCU students from all over the country, 76107’s finest young professionals, Tanglewood, All Saints and Fort Worth Country Day moms, numerous healthcare professionals from Cook’s Children’s Hospital and Baylor Scott and White, leaders in the Fort Worth business industry and lots of retired folks looking to improve their golf game.

Our personable fitness attendants are here for you 6 hours a day sanitizing fitness equipment and providing our first-class towel service. (So maybe it’s not quite like home.) Just like home, you have 24/7 access to our state-of-the-art facility. Our open gym concept means the gym is never reserved for group fitness classes but we have those too!

Take advantage of the great outdoors on our large turfed outdoor area complete with a Rogue Obstacle Course, 6 squat racks, a tire and sled.

Mix up your cardio routine with a virtual spin class on one of our Peloton bikes. Build strong glutes for injury prevention, athletic performance or aesthetics on our Glute Hip Thrust Machine and Rogue Reverse Hyper. Practice Pilates on Balanced Body reformers and chairs. Whether you are practicing in a private session or small group, you are sure to gain core strength, flexibility and better posture after just a few sessions. Learn how to train like a pro with one of our knowledgeable personal trainers. Pop’s certified personal trainers have a wide range of specialties including HIIT, hypertrophy, flexibility and range of motion. Our knowledgeable personal trainers will formulate a plan to help you meet your weightlifting or weight loss goals. Work with our Registered Dietitian to create a healthy relationship with food. Nutritional Counseling is an essential component to sustainable changes in your diet for weight loss, muscle gain or to take the stress out of your relationship with food.

Pop’s Gym offers one-on-one and small group Pilates sessions. Our equipment includes reformers, chairs, towers, barrels, and a Cadillac.
